IPMA-Canada is a not-for-profit volunteer-based association serving the HR community in Canada since 1906. Throughout its history, regardless of structure, the focus of the organization has remained committed to the certification and professional development of Human Resource professionals.

We are looking to expand our facilitator pool to support our current delivery of IPMA-Canada professional development offerings and expand our offerings. This means we would like to hear from you!

Facilitators are paid a small remuneration for the hours of facilitation and any travel expenses are covered.

How do I become an approved facilitator?
• Submit a cover letter and resume highlighting your facilitation experience both online and in person.
• Indicate in what competency area you would be most comfortable facilitating.
• Include feedback or supporting references from facilitations you have led.

I have a workshop offering to expand IPMA-Canada’s professional development cadre?
• Submit a proposal with the workshop outline along with your bio and letters of reference.
