Testimonial: Senior Labour & Employee Relations Consultant at Canadian Blood Services
Sandi is one of the most charismatic and inspirational facilitator/coach, that I have had the opportunity to know. She brings exceptional energy to the floor, and has that rare ability to engage everyone within the room, in the vision she is presenting. Sandi is a true mentor for personal and business growth, self awareness and has the unique ability to turn potential into action. I would hire Sandi time and time again, to facilitate training, leadership development, personal or professional coaching and would not hesitate to recommend her.
Offering a perspective so often denied non-Indigenous Canadians, Sandi Boucher, the owner of Reconciliation Works Canada, uses Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) teachings, metaphors, stories, cartoons, her infectious humour, and her undeniable wisdom to build understanding of and respect for the Indigenous peoples she calls family, friends, and colleagues.
A proud member of Seine River First Nation in Treaty #3 territory in northern Ontario, Sandi is internally recognized as an engaging speaker, a traditional knowledge keeper, and a best-selling author. She began her speaking career in 2009 with the launch of her first book “Honorary Indian”. Four books later, Sandi and her team are now laser-focused on healing both sides of the eagle feather she so often refers to.
With thought-provoking words, she guides, educates, empowers and encourages people to actively engage in the reconciliation process. Her audiences include First Nation communities, corporations, small to medium size businesses, municipalities, hospitals, school boards, universities, colleges, and participants at countless conferences and seminars.

How it all began: Sandi started her work as a storyteller and inspirational speaker in 2009, after 25 years in the Employment and Training industry.
Now with more than 14 years under her belt, Sandi has travelled across Canada and as far off as Finland, sharing her message of empowerment with all the nations of this amazing world.
But her passion will always be her writing. Sandi’s first book, “Honorary Indian” which tells of her Mother’s teachings through Sandi’s life story, was released in 2010, reaching Best Seller status in 2013.
“Her Mother’s Daughter” followed in 2013, reaching Best Seller status in 2015.
In 2018, she released “The PATH”, a book designed to effectively guide all Canadians to and through reconciliation.
And in 2023, she released “I am Awake” a collection of her much-loved blog posts for her adoring fans. For more information about Sandi, please visit: Sandi Boucher | Through Indigenous Eyes
