Glenn Saunders, IPMA-ACP

Glenn is passionate about creating workplaces that drive both organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

With over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources, in both the public and private sector, Glenn has a wealth of experience in strategic planning, workforce planning and management, employee and labour relations, career transitioning and outplacement as well as learning and development and facilitation. He also has significant experience working with not-for-profit organizations at both national and international levels.

Glenn attended Memorial University of Newfoundland as well as the College of the North Atlantic, and achieved the Advanced Certified Practitioner designation from the IPMA-Canada, who also awarded him Honorary Life membership in 2007. He has served as a member of the Human Resource Council of Conference Board of Canada, was an Executive Member of the Canadian Council of Schools Councils, a member of the Human Resource Certification Council for IPMA-HR in the United States and is an accredited trainer for Insight discovery, a tool that supports organizational and individual effectiveness. Glenn is recently retired from the position of Executive Director for IPMA-Canada.
